New Creative Space In Kuumba
1,800 sq ft of space available for rent for Creative Development The Board and Management are happy to announce the availability of a new space for rent in Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre.
Following on from a review and work over the last year, the board and management have decided to promote the use of existing space as the Creative Zone.
The area is based on the 2nd floor, has its own entrance and toilets and consists of three key rooms, these being:
Dance Studio which measures 71.2sq metres or 766 sq ft and is equipped with air conditioning, a sprung floor, water fountain and large storage space with a wall of mirrors.
An ideal therapy space which measures 31.1sq metres or 335 sq ft and hosts comfty furniture and 2 pamper beds with curtained off space.
A third room that can be used for rehearsals (drama or song) and measures 52.1 sq metres or 560 sq ft.
The area is ideal as a base for creative thinkers who want to provide their quality service in an environment that is condusive with quality.
The rent includes utilities and cleaning as well as reception support.
